Payment Procedure

Single Night Accommodation
All reservations to be prepaid using one of the following methods:
Bank Transfer - Proof of payment required.
Credit Card - Credit Card Authorisation required (all major credit cards accepted - Visa, Master, Diners, Amex)
Cash - Full amount to be paid at reception before checking in.

Long Term Accommodation
All reservations to be paid one month in advance or an agreed amount as deposit depending on length of stay.
Every second week payment to be made for the two weeks to avoid too large payments.

Travel Agents
Bambelela Lodge will require a letter stating the payment procedure for all reservations - this includes the payment
procedure after the invoices have been sent through to the agency. The following details also required:
Person who will be handling the account with contact details.
Contact details of company or secretary should the agent not be reached.
